Bangladesh, China, Vietnam, Cambodia or India: which source fits your shop

You can buy stock lots from five countries, and each one does some lines better than others. Use these tables to match a source to your shop, your port and your paperwork.

Short answer: For stock lots, Bangladesh leads on knitwear and denim, China on footwear, bags and mixed goods, Vietnam on sportswear and trainers, Cambodia on garments and luggage, and India on cotton apparel and home textiles. Global Pioneer ships each direct or via Dubai to Saudi and African ports. Kifayatullah confirms the route per order.

Which source suits your shop

Saudi buyers: the same rules for every source

Whichever country your lot comes from, Saudi clearance follows the HS code. ZATCA collects the 15% import VAT and the GCC common external tariff, which is 5% for most goods with some lines different. SABER certificates apply by HS code. Country of origin must show on goods and documents. The step-by-step process is on how to buy stock lots in Saudi Arabia, and African buyers can read how to import stock lots to Africa.

Questions buyers ask

Which country is best for garment stock lots?

For knitwear basics and denim, Bangladesh is often the first choice. For cotton tees, innerwear and kids wear, India is strong. Cambodia and Vietnam also supply export garments. The best choice depends on the lines you sell.

Which source is fastest to Saudi Arabia?

India's west coast has the shortest sea legs to Jeddah, Dammam and Jebel Ali, and China has frequent direct services. Actual timing depends on the sailing, so we confirm it per order without promising transit days.

Where should I buy footwear stock lots?

Vietnam for sports shoes and trainers, China for casual footwear and slippers, and India for leather shoes from Agra and Ambur. See footwear stock lots.

Can I combine lots from two countries in one container?

Yes, through Dubai. Lots land at Jebel Ali, get checked and consolidated, then ship by sea or by road to Saudi Arabia. It suits buyers who want a mix of lines.

Which source suits East African buyers?

India sits close to Mombasa and Dar es Salaam, and Dubai is a long-standing re-export hub for East Africa. China ships direct too. We confirm the best route for your port per order.

Do all five sources need SABER for Saudi Arabia?

SABER depends on the HS code, not the source country. Some textile, footwear and children's items fall under SASO technical regulations wherever they are made. We check each lot before shipping.

Where do home textile stock lots come from?

Mostly India, from Panipat, Karur and Solapur, which make towels, bedsheets and other home textiles. China also supplies home goods. See India stock lots.
