Clothing stock lots for Saudi wholesale and retail shelves
You want shirts, trousers, knitwear or kids' clothing in bulk without placing a production order. Apparel lots give you new garments in mixed sizes and colours, ready to sell.
What an apparel lot usually holds
Most apparel lots come from one factory or one cancelled order. That means one style family in several colours and sizes, or a mixed carton run across several styles. Typical contents include:
- Men's knit tops such as T-shirts, polos and sweatshirts, plus woven shirts, chinos and denim.
- Women's tops, dresses, leggings, knit sets and light outerwear.
- Kids' basics, sleepwear and casual sets. For a deeper view see kids wear lots.
- Sportswear and active pieces, often from footwear and sportswear factories.
Ask also about fabric weight and fibre content. A cotton jersey T-shirt and a polyester sports top fall under different HS codes, so the duty and SABER position can change across one lot. Mixed lots from a single factory are often easier to clear than lots pooled from many sellers, because the paperwork is cleaner.
Grading checks before you agree
| Check | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Size curve | Is the spread close to what your shop sells, or heavy in very small or very large sizes? |
| Condition | Grade A new goods, or B-grade with minor faults such as shade variation or loose threads. We disclose the grade. |
| Labels | Brand labels on, cut, or held back pending brand owner release. Care and origin labels present. |
| Packing | Folded and polybagged, or bulk packed in cartons. Carton count and weight on the packing list. |
| Season | Summer weights sell all year in most cities. Heavier fleece suits the cooler months and the north. |
Which source fits which garment
All five countries ship clothing, but each has a sweet spot. Bangladesh leads on knitwear and woven basics in volume. India is strong on cotton apparel, with Tiruppur a big knitwear hub. China covers fashion tops, outerwear and mixed apparel. Vietnam brings sportswear and active styles. Cambodia offers garment lots from factories around Phnom Penh. The country comparison sets them side by side.
Saudi rules that touch clothing
Some textile items fall under SASO technical regulations, so a lot may need SABER certificates. It depends on the HS code of each garment, and we check this before shipping. Country of origin must appear on the goods and on the papers. Arabic labelling applies to many consumer goods, so we confirm the label position up front. With branded surplus we tell you whether labels stay on or are cut, because reselling a brand can raise trademark questions.
Where in Saudi Arabia these lots sell
Souq wholesalers in Riyadh around Al Batha buy volume basics for onward trade. Shops in Jeddah, including the old souqs of Al Balad, take mixed fashion and summer weights. Eastern Province retailers in Dammam and Al Khobar often prefer lots trucked from Dubai. Busy visitor months in Makkah and Madinah lift demand for simple, fast-moving clothing.

Can I buy only men's clothing in a stock lot?
Yes, if a men's lot is open. Many lots come from a single order, so they are already one gender. Mixed lots also exist. Tell Kifayatullah what you sell and he will offer lots that match, or say if none is open right now.
Which country is best for cheap cotton T-shirt lots?
Bangladesh and India are the usual first choice for cotton knitwear such as T-shirts and polos. Bangladesh ships from Chattogram and India has short sea legs to Saudi ports. The right source depends on what lots are open.
Do apparel lots come with the brand labels on?
Sometimes. Some branded surplus keeps labels, some has labels cut, and some needs a release from the brand owner. We tell you which applies before you commit, because reselling branded goods can raise trademark questions in Saudi Arabia.
Will I get a full size run in every style?
Not always. A stock lot is sold as it stands, so the size curve can lean small or large. Ask for the size breakdown on the packing list and compare it with what sells in your shop before you agree.
Do clothing lots need SABER in Saudi Arabia?
Some textile items fall under SASO technical regulations and need SABER certificates. It depends on the HS code. We check each code before shipping and tell you what the lot needs to clear ZATCA customs.
What does B-grade mean in an apparel lot?
B-grade means new garments with minor faults, such as small shade differences, loose threads or slight print marks. They are not worn or second-hand. We always say when a lot is B-grade, and you can ask for photos of the faults.
