Stock lots delivered straight into Jeddah port
Your goods can arrive at the Kingdom's largest port and reach your warehouse the same day they clear. Here is how stock lots reach Jeddah buyers.
Jeddah as a port market
Jeddah is where much of the western region's imported fashion first lands. Jeddah Islamic Port is the largest port on the Red Sea coast, so a Jeddah buyer often avoids any inland leg at all. Many wholesalers here also supply shops in nearby cities, which makes deep, mixed lots useful. Al Balad, the historic district, keeps its old souqs, and textile and clothing traders still trade there. See the national view on our Saudi Arabia stock lots page.
A Jeddah buyer's year
- Busy visitor months: hotels, gift shops and street stalls need footwear, bags and simple apparel in volume.
- Summer season: the city fills with families, and lightweight cotton and children's clothing sell fast.
- Back-to-school: school bags, trainers and kids basics.
- Wedding season: women's fashion, menswear and accessories.
The humid coastal climate means light cotton and breathable fabrics sell all year. Heavy winter stock moves slower here than in Riyadh.

Clearing a lot at Jeddah
ZATCA runs customs at the port. You pay import VAT at 15%, and most goods carry the GCC common external tariff of 5% on value, though some lines differ by HS code. You need a Commercial Registration and customs registration as importer. Many textile, footwear and children's products need SABER certificates through SASO before release. We check the HS codes on every line before the container leaves origin, and we confirm documents per shipment.

Who supplies stock lots to Jeddah?
Global Pioneer, a Dubai trading company active since 2017, ships stock lots from Bangladesh, China, Vietnam, Cambodia and India into Jeddah Islamic Port. Kifayatullah handles every enquiry.
Can my lot clear directly at Jeddah Islamic Port?
Yes. Jeddah is the largest Red Sea port, and most western region lots clear there. You or your broker file with ZATCA, pay VAT and duty, and collect the container in the city.
Do you sell stock lots in Al Balad?
We do not run a shop in Jeddah or anywhere in Saudi Arabia. We ship from Dubai to you. Many of our buyers resell to traders in Al Balad and other markets across the city.
What categories sell best in Jeddah?
Light apparel, sandals, travel bags and kids wear. The humid climate keeps cotton moving all year. Bags and accessories lots do well around busy visitor months.
Can one Jeddah shipment cover Makkah and Taif shops too?
Yes. Many Jeddah wholesalers take one container and split it. Makkah is about 80 km away and Taif about 170 km by road, so onward trucking is short.
What does a Jeddah importer need before ordering?
A Commercial Registration, customs registration and VAT registration. We supply the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and check SABER needs by HS code.
Do you ship hotel towels and bedsheets to Jeddah?
Yes, when surplus is available. India and Bangladesh produce large volumes of home textiles. See our home textile lots page and ask Kifayatullah for current stock.
