Mixed merchandise, shoes and bags from China, cleared as stock lots
You want variety in one container, from shoes to bags to home goods. China is the largest manufacturing base for these lines, and its surplus covers more categories than any other source.
The range inside a China lot
A China lot can be one product line or a true mix. Common lines are casual and sports footwear, slippers, handbags, backpacks, travel bags, kitchenware, storage items, small home goods and general merchandise. Apparel lots appear too. Category guides: footwear, bags and accessories and home textiles.
Mixed lots suit a variety store or a market trader who wants many small lines from one supplier. Single-line lots suit a wholesaler who resells by the carton.
Where the goods are made and shipped
| Province | Main hubs | Typical lines |
|---|---|---|
| Guangdong | Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan | Apparel, bags, footwear, consumer goods |
| Zhejiang | Yiwu, Ningbo | Small commodities, home goods, accessories |
| Fujian | Jinjiang, Quanzhou | Footwear, sportswear |
Export ports include Ningbo-Zhoushan, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou Nansha, Qingdao and Xiamen. Surplus builds up because factories run large batches, export buyers cancel or change orders, and wholesalers in Yiwu and Guangzhou clear lines at season end.
Checks that matter for China lots
- Mixed-lot list. Ask for a line-by-line packing list. In a mixed lot you need to know what share is shoes, bags or home goods.
- Material. For footwear and bags, ask what the upper and lining are made of.
- Brand and trademark. Resale of branded goods can raise trademark questions. We tell you up front whether labels stay on, get cut or need a release.
- Excluded lines. Cosmetics and fragrances fall under SFDA rules in Saudi Arabia, so we keep them out of lots unless you ask.
- Grade. Confirm any B-grade share and see photos of the faults.
China to Saudi Arabia
China has frequent direct services to Jeddah, Dammam and Jebel Ali. That gives you more choice of route than most sources.
| Destination | Port | Usual route |
|---|---|---|
| Jeddah and the western region | Jeddah Islamic Port | Direct sailing from a southern or eastern China port |
| Dammam, Al Khobar | King Abdulaziz Port | Direct sailing, or via Jebel Ali and road |
| Riyadh | Dammam then road or rail to Riyadh Dry Port | Sea to Dammam, or Dubai then about 1,000 km by road |
We confirm route and documents per shipment. Saudi customs is run by ZATCA. You pay 15% import VAT, and most goods carry the GCC common external tariff of 5% on value, though some lines differ by HS code. Your importer of record needs a Commercial Registration and customs registration. SABER, the SASO conformity platform, applies to many consumer goods, and some textile, footwear and children's items fall under SASO technical regulations. Whether your lot needs a SABER certificate depends on the HS code, and we check that before shipping.
Mixed lots often hold several HS codes, so each line is checked. City guides: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar and Makkah.
China to African ports
China ships to every major African coast. In West and Central Africa, lots go to Lagos for Nigeria, Tema for Ghana, Abidjan for Côte d'Ivoire and Douala for Cameroon. Nigeria needs SONCAP for regulated products and a Form M before import, and Cameroon and Côte d'Ivoire need electronic cargo tracking notes. In the south, Durban serves South Africa and Luanda or Lobito serve Angola. Matadi is the entry for Kinshasa in DR Congo. In the east, Mombasa serves Kenya.
Some buyers prefer a Dubai consolidation so China lots travel with garments from South Asia. We confirm which route works for your port.

What can I buy in a China stock lot?
Footwear, slippers, handbags, backpacks, travel bags, kitchenware, storage items, small home goods, general merchandise and apparel. Lots can be one line or a mix of many lines in one container.
Is there a direct ship from China to Jeddah?
China has frequent direct services to Jeddah, Dammam and Jebel Ali. The sailing used for your lot depends on the origin port and the schedule, and we confirm it per order.
Where is Yiwu and why does it matter for stock lots?
Yiwu is in Zhejiang province and is a major hub for small commodities. Wholesalers there clear lines at season end, which feeds mixed general merchandise lots.
Do you include cosmetics in China mixed lots for Saudi Arabia?
No, unless you ask. Cosmetics and fragrances follow SFDA rules in Saudi Arabia, so we keep them out of mixed lots by default to keep clearance simpler.
Which China region makes the most footwear?
Fujian, around Jinjiang and Quanzhou, is a large footwear centre. Guangdong around Dongguan also makes a lot of shoes. Both regions feed the footwear stock lots we offer.
Can China stock lots go to Lagos?
Yes. Lots can ship to Apapa, Tin Can Island or Lekki. Nigeria needs SONCAP for regulated products and Form M through your bank, and we check the prohibition list. See Nigeria.
How many HS codes does a mixed lot have?
It can have many, one for each product type. Each HS code sets duty, and in Saudi Arabia it decides whether SABER applies, so we check every line in a mixed lot before shipping.
