Stock lots for Kinshasa, eastern DRC and Katanga

The DR Congo is big, and the right port depends on where your shop is. You tell us the city, and we plan the route and the FERI before anything ships.

Short answer: Global Pioneer, a Dubai trading company, supplies wholesale stock lots to the DR Congo from Bangladesh, China, Vietnam, Cambodia and India. Kinshasa lots go via Matadi. Goma and Bukavu lots go via Mombasa or Dar es Salaam, and Lubumbashi via Dar es Salaam. Kifayatullah confirms the route, FERI and any OCC inspection per order.

Three markets inside one country

Kinshasa in the west, Goma and Bukavu in the east, and Lubumbashi in the south each sit on a different supply line. Wholesalers and importers in each city buy clothing, shoes, bags and household textiles for local shops. The route you take decides your freight, your transit papers and your timing, so we start every DRC enquiry with one question. Which city?

Global Pioneer is a Dubai trading company. We have no office, licence or agent in the DR Congo. We source and ship. Your own customs agent clears the goods.

Dubai has long been a re-export hub for East Africa, so consolidating mixed lots at Jebel Ali often suits eastern DRC buyers. For goods transiting Kenya or Tanzania, see our pages on Kenya and Tanzania for port context. We confirm the route per order.

FERI and OCC: documents for the DRC

The DR Congo requires the FERI, an electronic cargo tracking note, for shipments. Plan it before loading, not at the port. The OCC, the Congolese control office, may inspect goods depending on the product. Ask your customs agent which applies to your lot.

We confirm the documents per shipment. Rules and transit conditions change, so we check the current position before you pay.

Choosing a source country

For basic garments, Bangladesh lots and Cambodia lots are common choices. China lots suit footwear, bags and mixed goods. Vietnam lots are strong in sportswear and shoes. India lots cover cotton apparel and home textiles. See the source countries compared.

New goods, not second-hand

Our lots are new and unworn: export surplus, cancelled orders, overruns and end-of-season stock. We do not trade second-hand clothing. Minor-fault B-grade pieces are always disclosed. Common categories are men's, women's and kids' apparel, footwear, bags, and home textiles.

Questions buyers ask

What is the FERI for the DR Congo?

The FERI is the DRC's electronic cargo tracking note, required for shipments. It must be arranged for the shipment before loading. Kifayatullah plans it with you and your customs agent, and we confirm the requirement per shipment.

How do stock lots reach Kinshasa?

Most go by sea to Matadi on the Congo River, then by road to Kinshasa. Lots can ship direct from the source country or be consolidated at Jebel Ali first. We confirm the route in the quote.

What is the route for stocklots to Goma or Bukavu?

Eastern DRC is served through East African ports. Goods land at Mombasa and travel the Northern Corridor, or land at Dar es Salaam and use the Central Corridor. Your agent handles the transit documents.

How do I get a stock lot to Lubumbashi?

Lubumbashi is usually served via Dar es Salaam and southern road routes. Tell Kifayatullah your city at the start so the bill of lading and transit papers are set up correctly.

Will the OCC inspect my stocklot?

The OCC may inspect goods depending on the product category. Ask your customs agent for the current rules for your items. We provide clear packing lists and HS codes to support any inspection.

Are your lots for the DRC new or second-hand?

New. All lots are export surplus, cancelled orders, overruns or end-of-season goods. We never supply second-hand clothing, and any B-grade pieces are listed before you pay.

Does Global Pioneer have an office in Kinshasa?

No. We are a Dubai trading company with no office, licence or agent in the DR Congo. We ship from the source country or Dubai to your chosen port.
