You pay 15% import VAT, and most goods carry the GCC common external tariff of 5% on value, though some lines differ by HS code. Your importer of record needs a Commercial Registration and customs registration. SABER, the SASO conformity platform, applies to many consumer goods, and some textile, footwear and children's items fall under SASO technical regulations. Whether your lot needs a SABER certificate depends on the HS code, and we check that before shipping.
