Wholesale stock lots for Saudi buyers, from five Asian sources
You run a wholesale or retail business in Saudi Arabia and want new goods at stock lot prices. This page shows where the lots come from, how they reach your city and which papers you need.
What a stock lot is
A stock lot is a batch of new goods that a factory or brand could not ship on its original order. It can be export surplus, a cancelled order, a production overrun or end-of-season stock. Some lots carry minor faults and are sold as B-grade. We always tell you the grade before you commit. You buy the lot as it stands, with its own size spread, colours and quantities.
These are unworn goods with factory packing. They suit wholesalers in souq areas, off-price retailers and online sellers who want branded-quality stock without placing a fresh production order. For a step-by-step view of the purchase, read how to buy stock lots in Saudi Arabia.
The five source countries
Each country is strong in different goods. You pick the source that matches your shelf. The full side-by-side view is on our source country comparison.
- Bangladesh: knitwear and woven basics such as T-shirts, polos, fleece, shirts and denim, shipped from Chattogram.
- China: footwear, bags, home goods and mixed general merchandise, with frequent direct sailings to Jeddah and Dammam.
- Vietnam: footwear, sportswear and apparel from the Ho Chi Minh City and Hai Phong clusters.
- Cambodia: garments, footwear and travel goods from Phnom Penh factories, shipped via Sihanoukville.
- India: cotton apparel, home textiles, kids wear and leather footwear, with short sea legs to Saudi ports.
How lots reach Saudi Arabia
There are four main ways in. Jeddah Islamic Port on the Red Sea is the largest port in the Kingdom and serves the west. King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam serves the Eastern Province. Riyadh Dry Port links to Dammam by rail, so a container can clear closer to the capital. The fourth route is road from Dubai, entering through Al Batha on the Saudi side after Al Ghuwaifat on the UAE side. This suits lots consolidated in Jebel Ali. We confirm the route per order.

Documents and rules for the Saudi side
- ZATCA runs customs and VAT. You pay import VAT at 15%, and most goods also pay the GCC common external tariff of 5%, though some lines differ by HS code.
- The importer of record needs a Commercial Registration (CR) and a customs registration.
- SABER, the SASO conformity platform, may require a product certificate and a shipment certificate. It depends on the HS code, and we check it before shipping.
- Country of origin must appear on the goods and the papers. Many consumer goods also need Arabic labelling.
- SFDA covers food, cosmetics and medical items, not apparel. We keep cosmetics and fragrances out of lots unless you ask for them.
Pick a category
Lots are grouped by what you sell. Browse apparel for men, women and kids, kids wear, footwear, bags and accessories or home textiles. If you want branded fashion or lifestyle goods outside these groups, ask Kifayatullah what is open now.
Global Pioneer also serves African buyers. See the Saudi and Africa overview, read this page in Arabic, or check our wider wholesale supply for Saudi Arabia.
What to send Kifayatullah
- Your city and the port or road route you prefer.
- The category, gender and age groups you sell.
- Your preferred source country, or say you are open to all five.
- Whether you accept B-grade goods and whether labels must stay on.
- Your CR status, so we know who will be importer of record.
Not sure whether your lot needs SABER? Read our SABER guide for stock lot importers before you confirm an order.

Where do Saudi stock lots usually come from?
Global Pioneer sources from Bangladesh, China, Vietnam, Cambodia and India. Bangladesh and India lead on cotton garments, China on footwear, bags and home goods, Vietnam and Cambodia on footwear, sportswear and travel goods. Compare them on the source country page.
Which Saudi port is best for a stock lot container?
It depends on your city. Jeddah Islamic Port suits the west, including Makkah, Madinah and Taif. King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam suits the Eastern Province and Riyadh, which can also use Riyadh Dry Port by rail. We confirm the port per order.
Can a stock lot come by truck from Dubai to Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Lots consolidated in Jebel Ali can travel by road and enter Saudi Arabia at the Al Batha crossing. This often suits Dammam, Al Khobar and Riyadh buyers. Kifayatullah confirms whether road or sea fits your lot.
Do stock lots need a SABER certificate?
Some do. SABER needs depend on the HS code of each item. Textiles, footwear and children's goods can fall under SASO technical regulations. We check the codes before shipping and tell you which certificates the lot needs.
What tax do I pay on stock lots imported into Saudi Arabia?
ZATCA charges import VAT at 15%. Most goods also pay the GCC common external tariff of 5% on value, but some lines differ, so the HS code decides. You need a CR and a customs registration to import.
Are stock lots second-hand clothing?
No. Our stock lots are new, unworn goods such as export surplus, cancelled orders and production overruns. Some lots are B-grade with minor faults, and we always disclose that before you agree to buy.
Does Global Pioneer have an office in Saudi Arabia?
No. Global Pioneer works from Falcon Tower in Deira, Dubai. We ship to Saudi Arabia direct from the source country or through Jebel Ali. Kifayatullah handles every Saudi enquiry by WhatsApp or email.
