Stock lots for Gulf wholesalers, shipped from Dubai
Dubai sits at the centre of the Gulf. A lot that lands at Jebel Ali can reach Muscat, Doha, Kuwait City or Manama by sea or by truck. Here is how it works for each market.
What a stock lot is
A stock lot is a batch of new goods that a factory or brand could not ship as planned. It may be an order the buyer cancelled, extra pieces from a production run, or end-of-season stock. It sells as one lot, well below the normal wholesale price. We source from Bangladesh, China, Vietnam, Cambodia and India.

What Gulf buyers ask for most
- Apparel: T-shirts, polos, denim, ladies tops, abaya fabric and modest wear.
- Kids wear: sets, frocks and school basics, heavy before the school year and Eid.
- Footwear: sandals, slides and trainers.
- Home textiles: towels, bed sheets and blankets for shops and hotels.
- Bags and accessories.
Duty and paperwork
The six GCC states share a common customs tariff, and most garments pay it on the landed value. VAT is not the same everywhere. The UAE and Oman charge 5%, Bahrain charges 10%, and Kuwait and Qatar had not brought in VAT at the time of writing. Rules change, so your clearing agent confirms the current position. We supply the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading for every shipment.

Which Gulf countries do you ship stock lots to?
The UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain, plus Saudi Arabia. Goods ship from the source country or from Dubai.
Is it cheaper to ship by sea or by road?
It depends on the lot size and your city. Full containers usually go by sea. Smaller mixed lots often go by truck from Dubai. Kifayatullah compares both when he quotes.
Do you have offices in Oman, Qatar, Kuwait or Bahrain?
No. Global Pioneer works from Deira, Dubai and ships to buyers across the Gulf.
Do you publish prices or minimum orders?
No. Every lot is different, so Kifayatullah quotes each one on its own packing list. You see sizes, colours and carton counts before you agree a price.
Can I see the goods before I pay?
Yes. We send photos and the packing list first, and samples are couriered to you. We do not take walk-in visits at the Dubai office.
