Wholesale stock lots from five Asian sources, shipped to Saudi Arabia and Africa
You buy in bulk and you want new goods at surplus prices. This hub explains where our stock lots come from, how they reach your port and how an order moves from offer to delivery.
What a stock lot is
A stock lot is a parcel of new goods that a factory or brand needs to clear. It comes from export surplus, cancelled orders, production overruns or end-of-season stock. Some lots include minor-fault B-grade pieces, and we always disclose them before you pay. These are new, unworn goods, not second-hand clothing. That matters in several African markets that restrict used clothing imports.
You buy the lot as it stands, often by the carton or by the full container. The price reflects the fact that the seller wants the space and the cash back. Your job is to check the size spread, the colours and the condition. Our job is to show you all three clearly.
The five countries we source from
Bangladesh. Knitwear and woven garments from the factory belts around Dhaka, Gazipur and Chattogram. T-shirts, polos, fleece, denim and kids basics are typical. Read more on Bangladesh garment stock lots.
China. The widest mix. Footwear, bags, home goods and general merchandise from Guangdong, Zhejiang and Fujian, plus apparel. See China stock lots.
Vietnam. Sports footwear, sportswear and bags from the clusters near Ho Chi Minh City and Hai Phong. See Vietnam garment stock lots.
Cambodia. Garments, footwear and travel goods from factories around Phnom Penh and the special economic zones. See Cambodia garment stock lots.
India. Cotton apparel, home textiles, kids wear and leather footwear, with short sea legs to the Gulf and East Africa. See India stock lots.

Two markets, one supply chain
Buyers in Saudi Arabia import through Jeddah Islamic Port on the Red Sea or King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam on the Gulf, with Riyadh served by road and by the dry port rail link. ZATCA runs customs and the 15% import VAT, and SABER applies to many consumer goods by HS code. The full picture sits on stock lots for Saudi Arabia.
Buyers in Africa import through ports such as Mombasa, Dar es Salaam, Djibouti, Lagos, Tema, Douala, Durban and Alexandria. Each country has its own conformity scheme and paperwork, from PVoC in East Africa to SONCAP in Nigeria and cargo tracking notes in West and Central Africa. Start with stock lots for Africa.
Two routes: direct or through Dubai
| Route | How it works | When it suits you |
|---|---|---|
| Direct from the source country | The lot is loaded at the origin port and shipped to your port, often with a transhipment at a hub. | You take a full lot from one factory and want the shortest chain. |
| Via Dubai (Jebel Ali) | Lots from one or more countries land in Dubai, get checked and consolidated, then ship on by sea, or by road to Saudi Arabia. | You mix lots, want goods inspected in one place, or ship to East Africa and the Horn where Dubai links are strong. |
Neither route is fixed in advance. We confirm the route and documents per order, once the lot, the destination and the shipping schedule are known. For the Dubai side of the business, see stocklot wholesale from Dubai.

What is a stock lot in wholesale?
A stock lot is a bulk parcel of new goods a factory or brand wants to clear, such as export surplus, cancelled orders, overruns or end-of-season stock. You buy it as it stands, usually by carton or container, at a lower price than a fresh production order.
Are your stock lots used clothing?
No. Our lots are new, unworn goods. Some lots include minor-fault B-grade pieces, and we tell you about them before you pay. This matters because several African markets restrict second-hand clothing imports.
Which countries do your stock lots come from?
Five countries: Bangladesh, China, Vietnam, Cambodia and India. Each has its own product strengths, factory clusters and ports. The comparison page sets them side by side.
Can I mix lots from different countries in one shipment?
Yes, through Dubai. Lots from more than one source can land at Jebel Ali, get checked and ship on together to your port. We confirm whether consolidation makes sense for your order once we know the lots and the destination.
Do you ship stock lots to both Saudi Arabia and Africa?
Yes. We ship to Saudi ports and cities and to ports across East, West, Central, Southern and North Africa. See Saudi Arabia and Africa for market details.
Who do I contact about a stock lot?
Kifayatullah handles every stock lot enquiry. Send him your city or country, the category and the quantity, and he replies with the lots that match and confirms the route and documents per order.
Do you have an office in Saudi Arabia or Africa?
No. Global Pioneer works from Deira, Dubai. Goods ship from Dubai or direct from the source country, and you clear them through your own importer of record and clearing agent.
