Reputed wholesale suppliers for small retailers in Saudi Arabia
You run a shop in Saudi Arabia and need stock you can trust, at a price that leaves you a margin. This page covers how to check a supplier, how goods reach Saudi Arabia from Dubai, and what we can supply.
What we supply to shops in Saudi Arabia
- Wholesale stock in fashion, lifestyle and general retail lines from the brands we represent, including YOYOSO and Habits Apparel.
- Stocklots: surplus and end-of-line inventory bought in bulk, which lets a small shop stock up at a lower unit cost.
- Custom B2B sourcing: tell us the product, the quality and the target price, and we source it through our network.
- Store interiors and concept design for a new shop or a refit, using our 8-step customer journey process.
- Franchise options if you want to open under an international brand rather than stock it.
How to check a supplier before you order in Saudi Arabia
- Ask for the trade licence and check the number on the official register.
- Ask for the VAT or tax registration number where the country has VAT, and check it on the tax authority's site.
- Visit the office or showroom, or ask for a video call from the warehouse.
- Order samples before a full order and keep them as the quality reference.
- Get a written quote that names the price, the delivery term and who pays freight, duty and VAT.
- Ask for two retailer references you can call.
In Saudi Arabia the business register is the Ministry of Commerce Commercial Registration (CR) search. Saudi VAT is 15%, and ZATCA's e-invoicing (Fatoora) rules apply to your purchase invoices. Many consumer products also need a SABER conformity certificate from SASO before customs clearance.
How stock reaches Saudi Arabia from Dubai
Goods go from Dubai to Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and other cities by road through the Batha border, or by sea into Jeddah or Dammam. Clearance needs a commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus SABER certificates for regulated products.
Most goods entering the GCC pay the common external customs tariff of 5% on their value, with some exempt and some higher-rated lines. Ask us which applies to your products before you confirm.
Tips for small retailers in Saudi Arabia
- Check early whether your products need SABER. Without it a shipment can wait at the border.
- Ask for Arabic product labels where your category requires them.
- Plan around Ramadan, Eid and back-to-school, when demand and freight both rise.
