Reputed wholesale suppliers for small retailers in the UAE
You run a shop in the UAE and need stock you can trust, at a price that leaves you a margin. This page covers how to check a supplier, how goods reach the UAE from Dubai, and what we can supply.
What we supply to shops in the UAE
- Wholesale stock in fashion, lifestyle and general retail lines from the brands we represent, including YOYOSO and Habits Apparel.
- Stocklots: surplus and end-of-line inventory bought in bulk, which lets a small shop stock up at a lower unit cost.
- Custom B2B sourcing: tell us the product, the quality and the target price, and we source it through our network.
- Store interiors and concept design for a new shop or a refit, using our 8-step customer journey process.
- Franchise options if you want to open under an international brand rather than stock it.
How to check a supplier before you order in the UAE
- Ask for the trade licence and check the number on the official register.
- Ask for the VAT or tax registration number where the country has VAT, and check it on the tax authority's site.
- Visit the office or showroom, or ask for a video call from the warehouse.
- Order samples before a full order and keep them as the quality reference.
- Get a written quote that names the price, the delivery term and who pays freight, duty and VAT.
- Ask for two retailer references you can call.
In the UAE the business register is the economic department of each emirate, for example Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET) in Dubai. UAE VAT is 5%. You can check a supplier's TRN on the Federal Tax Authority website.
How stock reaches the UAE from Dubai
Inside the UAE we deliver by road. Shops in Dubai can also visit our office at Falcon Tower in Deira to see samples. Deliveries to Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Northern Emirates go by road from Dubai.
Most goods entering the GCC pay the common external customs tariff of 5% on their value, with some exempt and some higher-rated lines. Ask us which applies to your products before you confirm.
Tips for small retailers in the UAE
- Deira and the souk area are good for seeing many lines in one day. Bring your own sample list and target prices.
- Keep every tax invoice. Your VAT return needs the supplier's TRN on each purchase invoice.
- Stocklots move fast in Dubai. Agree a price lock in writing before you transfer a deposit.
